VECTORISING, WHY?
You may need a print original of your logotype. Make an image suitable for for your company summer t-shirts and workware.  Having an illustration that explaines your products and workflow, for a printed or web based broshure. Maybe you simply need an illustration for any kind of concept not here mentioned. that still need to be a vectorised format. Its not all about logos.

A true vectorised image is rezisable up and down without quality loss. And a bitmap if not suited for the job will look blurry where a vector looks sharp and crispy.

A bitmap, like a photo have a limit to how much it can be resampled in size, whereas a vector isnt, basically.

There a true vectors as I call it and there are non-true. For me a true vector is made properly, wheras a non-true is not. From me you get true vectors.
